Dr. Antonio DeCarli
Medical Director
Dr. DeCarli is a board-certified gastroenterologist with 15+ years of experience helping patients optimize their nutritional habits and wellness goals. He believes his work at Evolve MD is a natural extension of his profile as a gastroenterologist — he’s still focused on enhancing patient wellness, but this time through the angle of anti-aging treatments. He focuses on balancing your mind, preventing the signs of aging, and facilitating overall wellness.
Dr. DeCarli is an accomplished triathlete and an accredited triathlon coach, having completed 5 Iron Man competitions. As a triathlete, he understands that aesthetic and physical wellness are essential components of mental wellness. If you feel confident about your appearance and aesthetics, your confidence will radiate to other aspects of your life, including your social and professional life. That intrinsic belief drives Dr. DeCarli to offer the highest levels of aesthetic care to his patients.
Mai Linh Graham
Medical Director
Mai Linh is the injector extraordinaire at Evolve MD. She is an artist, sculptor, and injector specialist when it comes to delivering fillers and neurotoxin injections. She uses dental block for her filler treatments to minimize discomfort, an ingenious solution that she discovered on her own. She is truly gifted when it comes to facial contouring with Juvéderm fillers — her patients are always thrilled with the aesthetic results.
Mai Linh is a cancer survivor. She was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at the age of 30. After numerous unsuccessful attempts with chemotherapy, she healed herself with the Gerson Diet and became a lifelong advocate for organic foods and natural healing modalities. Now 47 years old, Mai Linh is a proponent of organic foods, IV therapy, peptides, and holistic practices, such as Tibetan singing bowls, meditation, and coffee enemas.
Mai Linh is also an educator. She gives plenty of time to each of her clients and provides them with all the information they need to make educated decisions about their aesthetic health and wellness.
